24.01.2022 We will be doing our first group session this saturday morning at 10am in the Liverpool area. Focusing on dropping that unwanted fat we all don't want. We cater for everyone from beginner's to advance. Its a fun good workout that everyone will enjoy. Our goal is to build a team that loves to get amongst it and put in the hard work. I have 100 shirts on order and should be ready in the next 2-3 weeks if you would like to get your hands on one inbox me and I can keep you one on our first lot of stock. 23.01.2022 We have decided to start a fitness Group called 'street fit' to show people you don't need a gym and there is other ways which will help even if you do lift weights. We are starting this group to help anyone that wants to have a crack with a no bull approach to dropping fat and getting fit and we train with you. Something personal trainers wont do. We love to help people in this stuff and it is something we are truly passionate about.
