20.01.2022 # # Here is the update of the current fitness challenge i am doing for myself. ???? Purely for accountability for myself, that's all!! Much happier with week 2 progress. Really starting to notice some changes happening ... Results so far: -99.4cm down to 96.4cm = 4cm loss of waist -95.7kg down to 92.6kg = 3kg loss in - Its amazing what maintaining a calorie deficit can do and a little more movement. ? See more

17.01.2022 This has never been said so well! Don’t believe because your lean or skinny that you are Fit. The idea of being fit and healthy is being comfortable within your self and not by how aesthetically pleasing you think you lol. Take it from me who was all about getting the shredded look right down to 8.3% body fat. This lifestyle sucked and had to give up so much real life experiences to look lean naturally. Yes naturally not any type of anabolic steroid becuase that’s just a ...whole different kettle of fish! Be comfortable, be fit with in yourself and enjoy working out for you and not all just about aesthetics

If you are not losing weight news flash it means you are not in a negative energy balance1 SIMPLE In saying that if you are one of these people out there upselling some Fad diet for profit gain to your friends and family, a "boss babe entrepenuer".... Your just as low as a telemarketer trying to sell you some crap. . By all means if a diet lifestyle works for you cool. However don't be out there calling it a healthy system to trying and make profit from those who are seeking genuine help and knowledge. 06.01.2022 ' We all know life is not always butterflies and rainbows. So why do so many Social Media Entrepreneurs portray this life?? Pretty simple they do it to create emotions like , '. Take people selling weight loss products for financial gain for instance..... With so many fad diets around these days, it is very easy to be led astray. I know we are all tryi...ng to achieve the same thing but that ' positivity or bit of fad diet information that you hear. Now i am not saying you shouldn't do that Keto diet. I am not saying that you can't do Isagenix or Body trim. What I am saying is don't believe every PDF, BS study or positive pretentious person you meet. They are after all after just one thing......your ! Most of these diets do work however 90% are unsustainable and of the people selling them to you have no creditations at all and will never tell you the side affects of the products they are selling. They will leave this information out becuase either: - ' - Just because 2 of your friends do it doesn't mean you have to as well. It does not define how much body fat we have! It does not define how much muscle you have. There is so many factors that come into weighing yourself.... Try this weigh yourself in the morning then have a glass of water and weigh yourself again. Yep you guessed it your weight has gone up.
