10.01.2022 Today is world mental health day. "1 in 5 Australians are affected by mental illness, yet many dont seek help because of stigma." StreetGrowth reaches out to support individuals in our community that experience mental health issues. It is so important to have an opportunity to feel listened to, cared for or just being there. We base our support through gardening with other people who may be disadvantaged, to bring together our community and break down the stigma of mental health. We learn and grow together.
