04.01.2022 Spring is here! We're setting eggs twice a week due to an early onset of peak lay, and these little beauties are the inevitable outcome.

04.01.2022 While I will be monitoring the situation closely, at this stage I will still be attending Farm Gate Market in Hobart on my usual dates. I will be implementing sensible changes such as shifting to eftpos only transactions for the foreseeable future, but I hope to not lose this vital outlet or the ability to provide my produce directly to you. Like all of the producers at the market, I'm intensely proud of the quality produce that I grow and sell. I consider it a great privilege to be connected to my customers in such a way and I urge everyone to throw your support behind your local farmers market.

03.01.2022 The first egg from our new breeders vs a more typical size from our second year flock. Unlike most poultry producers we breed and hatch our own birds on farm which means the products you buy from us are the result of years of dedication and are truly local in every way.
