25.01.2022 As you may know I am a registered counsellor practicing in Belmont (and virtually). I have recently trained in a new form of therapy - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is a lovely and powerful therapy grounded in mindfulness which I am fast becoming quite passionate about. As I am still learning the techniques involved in ACT I would like to be able to practice in a real life setting. For this reason I am looking for someone that is wanting to receive therapy f...or a particular issue or issues and would like to benefit from four free sessions from me. They would need to be prepared to engage in the therapy sessions and practice exercises between sessions. The person could be anywhere in Australia given that we are practising virtually at the moment. They would need to have 1 hour per week free for the next month (I am relatively flexible as to timing). Please message me if you, or someone you know, is interested. Anna
