21.01.2022 The fitness industry, should be about you, reaching your goals, training with perfect technique, meal plans. What do we have instead? Selling supplements saying drink this look like this. Sorry training and meal plans are better than supplements, save your money. Personal trainers who only know how to train you like bodybuilders because that's as far as their knowledge goes, if it's not in a magazine then they won't know it. Sorry but unless you are going on stage at 6% body ...fat then think athletic training over bodybuilding training. People on Instagram selling you programs that are just beyond dumb, and I could go on with this. There are good trainers out there but there is so much crap. When you decide to hire a coach/PT take the time to ask questions and hunt around for a good one, not a cheap one. Cheap Pt's are cheap for a reason, their shit. Your goals matter, your training is important and you need to find someone with the knowledge and skills to get you to your goals. See more

19.01.2022 Every program works, there is no king of the training programs or some magic system. For sports it's a sport's specific program. For health and fitness, all programs work but you need to put in the effort and change the program every 12 weeks otherwise your body will adapts to the training and you reach a point of diminishing returns.
