14.01.2022 *Sound on* Shoutout to Matthew who has been with us for about 6 weeks now In that time he has already achieved so much and is on the path to big things!... He has already lost more than 4cms off his waist , learnt some cool exercises with sandbags (despite him thinking it was not possible for him), and he has made the important lifestyle changes necessary to continue changing his body and reach his goals He’s also seen great improvement in his endurance and strength Matt took iso life on the chin and continues to work really hard both in his work, and in his sessions. He truly understands balance and we got to smash a delicious burger for his birthday last week! Oh and he is always good for a laugh
