Over the past ten years throughout my time in the fitness industry as well as my own journey, I have learnt a lot about seasons as I am sure every other woman, wife and mum has There is - The At the top of my game season The I fell off the wagon season The Massive weight loss season The Things got in the way season The Im back on the wagon again season The I need a break Season The I give up season The GO ALL IN season I have been the girl who binge ate chocolate, carried two babies, worked out two times a day, went weeks without working out, dieted for months before stepping up on stage and participated in happy hour far too often. There are SEASONS to this journey but I want you to understand something. THEY CHANGE. THEY PIVOT. BUT YOU ARE NEVER STUCK Just because you feel like your are in the too far gone season, doesn’t mean you should give up hope and let your healthy slip away. Instead of beating yourself up and wasting energy being mad at the season your in, FIND GRATITUDE Understand that this is just a season and it can change when you DECIDE that you are ready for a new one I don't know about you but I AM READY FOR A NEW SEASON! She was doing it easy so suggested she increase, and increase again, until she was doing 35kg! When we play it safe, we wont grow and it will be an uphill battle to achieve your goals. ... Chloe and Rhys use to do a heap of running back in the day and its a question they get asked a lot from people who are about to sign on as members.. do you guys do a lot of running? Our response none. ... In our opinion, running is extremely tough on the joints, in that three to eight times your body weight is transmitted through your knee joint every hit of the pavement It can get monotonous and its a pretty solo activity We are known for our strength transformations and gains so how do we do our cardio? 10.01.2022 CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO BITES 1 cauliflower, cut into small pieces 1 cup Flannerys Own Almond Meal 3 tsp garlic powder... 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 cup almond milk Salt & pepper for seasoning 1/2 cup hot chilli sauce 1 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Olive Oil METHOD -Preheat oven to 200 degrees. -In a large bowl add the almond meal, garlic powder, paprika, oregano & almond milk, whisk until combined. -Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter. -Place the cauliflower on a lined baking tray & bake for 20 minutes. -While the cauliflower is baking mix the hot sauce & olive oil in a bowl. -Remove the cauliflower from the oven, toss in the sauce and then bake for a further 10 minutes, or until crispy. -We like to serve ours with cashew cheese as a dipping sauce and a sprinkle of paprika.
