03.01.2022 Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network want communities and consumers to have an active role in shaping health services in our region. We would like to know: How can we best keep YOU informed about your health services? Do you prefer to hear from local media, community newsletters, brochures in your letter box or social media or other ways?... How can we more easily hear YOUR feedback and thoughts? Do you like to provide information by phone, social media, email or perhaps by getting involved as a consumer representative on a committee or some other ways? We would really like to know what you think about this, please let us know by leaving a comment on this post or by: Phone: 86687501 (ask for Carmel) Email: [email protected] Online survey: https://bit.ly/3fRyG1X
