25.01.2022 Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network want communities and consumers to have an active role in shaping health services in our region. We would like to know: How can we best keep YOU informed about your health services? Do you prefer to hear from local media, community newsletters, brochures in your letter box or social media or other ways?... How can we more easily hear YOUR feedback and thoughts? Do you like to provide information by phone, social media, email or perhaps by getting involved as a consumer representative on a committee or some other ways? We would really like to know what you think about this, please let us know by leaving a comment on this post or by: Phone: 86687501 (ask for Carmel) Email: [email protected] Online survey: https://bit.ly/3fRyG1X

So what can you do to help stop... the spread? 1If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, no matter how mild, you need to get tested as soon as possible. 2If you know someone with symptoms of COVID-19, kindly encourage them to seek testing. Once you get a test, please return home immediately and wait for your results. If you receive a negative test result, you should still stay at home and not attend work, or school/childcare until you are feeling well again.
