24.01.2022 Only a few days left of the drive! We have had such a great response from 98.5 Sonshine FM and the plublic! Now its time for our MEMBERS and Athletic Advantage CLIENTS to step up!... Along with more sleeping bags, shampoos and bodywash ect, We need disposable razors! We haven't had many donated and the shower bus is in need! Drop them in before 1pm Sunday and lets finish this drive strong!

14.01.2022 A very successful sleeping bag appeal! Sleeping bags - 84 Blankets - 45 Pillows - 16... Toothbrushes - 150 Toothpaste - 133 Razors - 256 Shaving cream - 6 Packets of pads and tampons- 71 Bars of soap - 118 Bottles of body wash - 62 Deodorants - 75 Shampoo and conditioner- 91 This was just what we collected and there were many other drop off points!

13.01.2022 RE: COVID-19 For the safety of our staff, members and general community: As recommended by the WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION, if you have recently travelled to any of the following countries (including transit), we would appreciate you not attending the gym for 14 days from your arrival date in Perth: - China... - South Korea - Iran - Italy (Please note, this is only the very high risk list, if you have also travelled to Japan, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, we would appreciate you abiding by this) If you have travelled at all recently and/or feel unwell (especially with symptoms of fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath) please also avoid coming in to the gym, seek medical assistance and quarantine yourself for 14 days or until cleared by a medical professional. If you are healthy and still able to attend the gym - please bring and use a towel on equipment where safe and possible. - practice extremely good hand hygiene. - 20-30 second hand washing with soap on entry/before using equipment/and on exit - Hand sanitiser is available, however due to the shortage we have limited supply (please wash hands if possible) - Avoid hand shaking/high-fiving etc - Cough/sneeze into you elbow We understand this may seem excessive however we have a duty of care to uphold. 10.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone who got behind our drive for the Champion Project! Aaron and his team are doing a lot of fantastic work with people in need so we love to support them where we can. We were able to donate 12 gifts and $1020! Amazing work team... If you would like to be more involved, don't hesitate to come in and chat with us.

10.01.2022 VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR! Most of you have probably seen this wonderful woman around the gym either in the mornings or on our event days. From cleaning, packing and delivering clothing donations, cooking on the BBQ and even reupholstering equipment! She can do it all!... Susan/Sue/Ben's Mum We want to thank her for all she does to help Power to Empower. She is a pillar in our community and we don't know what we would do without her! Remember to thank her and give her a sweaty hug next time you see her
