13.01.2022 @kas_strengthcoach_ made an excellent video the other week about squat depth. The gist was, squat depth is abitrary for most people, but there is a difference between squatting to a certain depth deliberately, and squatting to a certain depth because of a skill/technique deficiency. 07.01.2022 #TuesdayTip Be careful when you unload a bar in a rack. If the weight get's too un-even you can basically make yourself a trebuchet, which can injury people and damage equipment.
