20.01.2022 This is David Mackay, another client on a 12 week program, first block is strength. Week 1 David’s lifts for 1 rep were; squat, 110kg on the squat machine, 75kg bench press and 100kg Deadlift. Week 4 David is now at 165kg squat, 120kg deadlift and 87.5kg bench press. 8 weeks left to go we will begin to transition into conditioning training and then into cardio HIIT based training. ... 04.01.2022 This is Marie-ann Villanueva, we are currently on our third week of a 12 week program. Marie-Ann is smashing her strength goals, week 1 her bench press was 40kg 5RM(5 rep max), plate machine squat was 70kg 5RM and her Deadlift was 55kg 1RM. Marie-Ann has been seeing me 3 times and week and is now at a bench press of 50kg 5RM, plate squat machine of 110kg 5RM and a deadlift of 65kgs 3RM. I’m so proud of the amazingly fast progress she has had and I’m looking forward ...to see her progress even more as we transition into more conditioning work.
