22.01.2022 One of our favourite designs, our concept for a Vietnamese cultural centre in Maidstone, Victoria. Overlooking a garden sanctuary and parkland, this cultural centre was develoled by inspiration from the site context, the cultural and spiritual sensitivities of our client and the need to produce a sustainable architecture with a clear focus on a low carbon footprint and greenery regeneration. 20.01.2022 This exciting renovation job in Kingsville that we built for our clients, features a striking interior consisting of angled ceilings, a polished concrete floor, large commercial grade aluminium stacker doors, integrated appliances within the joinery and an industrial grade rangehood. 16.01.2022 Located in Springvale, Victoria, this four-storey mixed-use building we've designed comprises of medical and retail suites along the ground level and a range of residential apartments on the above three levels. The interiors of the apartments showcase a luxurious minimalist aesthetic, whilst the external is bold play on contrasting colours softened by the sandstone entry panel and planter boxes across the levels. Its design focused of geometric elements and horizontal linage, with large openings being shaded by wooden louvers and protruding attributes.
