20.01.2022 Hollow body position This is a really good preparation exercise for the pull up. To encourage myself pushing down the lower back I use a helper, a rubber band which has to be stretched out under my waist first. If I can’t maintain the correct position the band slips back toward the pole.

14.01.2022 I like complexes, they’re challenging and with them I can become stronger especially when it’s combined with a carry. This complex with double kettlebells was shown to me by Artemis Scantalides at I’m Not Afraid To Lift seminar. 5 sets of 5 swings, 5 cleans, 5 front squats, 5 presses and rack walk.
