20.01.2022 The last few years learning multiple skills inspired by the Real MVMT philosophy has been rewarding, challenging and fun - it is a constant experiment and learning Here are Some tips for training for multiple training styles / skills that have helped 1: Prioritise a couple of main goals... 2. Build the foundations - be patient -Become a master of the basics. You will progress faster long term. It may not be the fanciest or sexiest work but it will pay off 3. Efficiency -Throw out the fluff. Do more of the things that will actually build capacity and carryover to skill 4. Find the links -Links between movements, intention, skill, capacity will allow you to progress st multiple skills even though some are being trained less or not at all 5.
