I hope to see you for outdoor yoga tomorrow, Monday morning in Bowen Park from 7:30-8:30 am at the Kingston Foreshore entrance off Eastlake Parade. We will be gathering to the left as you drive in, next to the lake. It's going to be a hot week in Canberra so a perfect time to be outside and enjoy the freshness of the morning. Karen xo

09.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! I am currently in our international Dru Yoga Centre in Wales. Many of you live the Yoga in and around the lake and parliamentary zone so while I am away Karen Ivkovic will be running the outdoor classes. Karen is a suberb Dru Yoga teacher, Bowen therapist who also teaches on our Dru Yoga Teacher Training Courses. I'll let her tell you a bit more about herself and post a photo so you can find her in the park. Enjoy!

01.01.2022 It has been perfect weather in the mornings for outdoor yoga, so I am proposing three open air classes in January by the lake in Bowen Park Date: Monday 7, 14 and 21 January Location: Bowen Park (off Eastlake Parade). Time: 7:30-8:30 am Cost: $15 (please try and have this amount with you so that there aren't too many change issues)... Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, light layer (in case you feel a chill), portable chair if you usually use a chair or think you'd like one. Feel free to bring along a friend too! Afterwards there is the option to proceed to 38 Espresso on the Kingston Foreshore to chat over a cuppa. It will be great to see you!
