07.01.2022 Please download the COVIDSafe app now, so we can get out of these restrictions sooner rather than later. Its very safe. Data is stored on your phone only. No one has access to the data. There is no GPS tracking within the app. The data is automatically deleted every 21 days. The health department only gets the information if you send it to them. We need the majority of people to have the app on their phones for it to work and help with this virus and to help stop the spread ...of this virus and further deaths. If you want the government to lift the restrictions then we all need to do this. You download apps on your phone everyday, like this Facebook app and lots of other apps, and you are not afraid of sharing your personal information. The COVIDSafe app asks for less information than the other apps. Go do it now! Please help protect our elderly and the most vulnerable in our community
