During these times it is natural to feel more fatigued, out of sorts, short tempered and that life is less ‘rosy’. During these periods we might have more trouble connecting to those we care about and stop wanting to socialise. Our sleep may become disrupted and our focus and concentration harder to maintain. 10.01.2022 Sometimes when I am feeling flat I look at old photos. Family holidays, birthday parties, catchups with friends, special occasions. When looking at the pictures I am reminded of all the emotions locked into those images. When I allow myself to remember and engage in those emotions I shift my emotional state. ...
