23.01.2022 It's sunshiny and warm in Melbourne today. The air is thick with the scent of wisteria and Jasmine. We've been waiting for a beautiful day like this for many months but it's come.

23.01.2022 These bulbs have traveled a few hundred kilometres and found a new home....I think they like it!

23.01.2022 So grateful for time to recharge as we go into the new year. The coming year feels more uncertain than others somehow but may you find peace, joy and love, even in little things, as we move through 2021 together. I'm thankful for being connected with you through @stretchypetal . The photos and thoughts inspire me as I know they do many of you. Wishing you New Year blessings and love X Felicity

23.01.2022 Look what's blooming! I don't know if I'll be able to get up to see the wisteria Arbor at @alowyngardens this year but it's so beautiful to smell our own now spring has come.

23.01.2022 When friends are the words you cannot speak

21.01.2022 In love with these summer flowers we picked for church today.

20.01.2022 I may not be with you but know that I love you... wishing the happiest of birthdays to my darling niece @_hayleyrose__ and my wonderful sister-in-law @buck_danger . Saving all my hugs until I can give them to you again

17.01.2022 Celebrating another precious moment on Zoom today. Boy I miss hugs and sharing unbridled joy with friends. Wishing Ash and Steph the happiest of days, today and always. Life won't always be sunshine but together you are stronger and better. Much love Felicity

16.01.2022 When we do what we are scared of we become brave. When we become brave we become strong.

16.01.2022 Sometimes the journeys you don't choose to go on are the ones that teach you the most

14.01.2022 Circumstances may change but the people and places we love leave an indelible mark that lasts forever....

13.01.2022 Our 25kms just gets us to our old 'burbs at the seaside where I lived when I first moved to Melbourne. It is also the same area where my Melbourne grandparents lived and where I spent many school holidays. It was ironic that Richard lived there too This photo was taken at that childhood beach which holds so many happy memories, especially of walks along the Sandringham breakwater with my grandpa. And then Richard. The best.

12.01.2022 this song perfectly captures the spirit of StretchyPetal....I've always loved flowers and even wanted to be a florist when I was at school. I love photography too. Fast forward to the time when life was turned on its head multiple times and I turned to flowers and photography to lift up me and help me see God's beauty in the little things. Follow the page so you don't miss out on any photos and love in 2021! https://youtu.be/ubjNcxyAxjA

11.01.2022 The wisteria in all its beauty! I honestly didn't notice this when we inspected the house and had 15 minutes to decide whether to rent it or not..... But perhaps God saw it and knew the pleasure it would give us. To Him be the glory.

10.01.2022 So I treated myself to flowers this week Some deep pink chrysanthemums to complement the gorgeous dried ones leftover from my surprise @elsaandgray delivery a couple of weeks ago. Life is like this... You just need to find new little ways to add beauty to each day and hold onto the sweet things that have gone before.

08.01.2022 This is for my dad. One of my rocks and who always has a listening ear and time for his children.

06.01.2022 In difficult times I often think of my grandparents they were rocks of confidence, security and strength. I'm pictured here with my Melbourne grandparents.... it was my first time seeing them after being overseas for year. Grandma's memory was declining but she still recognised me My daughter Amy is partly named after grandma I can't wait to see her again at the resurrection of the dead when Christ returns to setup God's Kingdom. Who are your rocks of strength?

03.01.2022 I felt like I'd set foot into a Harry Potter movie in this magical garden. We even saw a wallaby hiding in the bushes! There's no place I feel closer to God than in a garden.

02.01.2022 The kids are in bed, all is quiet so now the first step in designing my calendar has begun. A lot of thought goes into which photos you'll see each month. They speak to me in a language I can't describe...I let my heart speak and the words of joy and inspiration flow. It's not too late to order your copy. Click on link in bio to make you or someone you love smile. X Felicity
