17.01.2022 Running long distances doesn't come without problems and one of them can be chafing as can be blisters. I am lucky enough to be a Striderm Anti-Chafing Skincare... Products supported athlete and I cannot rate their products highly enough! Ever since using these products I have not had a problem with chafing on my body or blisters on my feet, and if for some reason a hot spot pops up unexpectedly somewhere, these products not only stop it getting any worse, they also help heal. If you are a long distance runner and you have not tried the Striderm products, I highly recommend you do. The Ultra Pace Foot Balm is my fave!
