20.01.2022 Hey peepz!!! StrikeZone launch tomorrow at Kwinana Requatic! WOOHOO!!!! Just so you know, Strike in the park will not be on tomorrow because we'll be tearing it up in Kwinana! You're all welcome to come down and have a little fun with us. The fun begins at 9am, StrikeZone is on at 9:30am!!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!

18.01.2022 Heyaaaaa Warriors!! :D The Strike Zone Certification is on like Donkey Kong THIS Saturday and Sunday! The 4th and 5th! That came up quick! If you want to be able to instruct a StrikeZone class this is the certification you want, so make sure you get your Registration Forms in soon as! The discounted price is only for this certification. DVD's CDs Manuals and Chore notes are at the ready for you to have a look at before the cert! ... On a sad note - there will be no Strike in the Park next Saturday. :( But many new Warrior Instructors will emerge :)

We need all our loyal StrikeZone fans to come down and show support for our totally awesome class so we can present it with some participants that know the routines! It's gonna be a whole mess of FUN FUN FUN!! SO PLEASE COME DOWN! We love ya!

15.01.2022 Introducing our newest StrikeZone Instructor Jamie Whyte! Jamie had his debut as a Strike Instructor today at Kwinana Recquatic and royally kicked its butt. Great feedback on all fronts including the Recs Group Fitness Manager! Very high praise for a first timer! Jamie's drive, dedication, enthusiasm and loyalty is an inspiration to everyone around him and we are so so happy to have him on the team!

11.01.2022 Just thought I'd let everyone know Ammy and I aren't leaving the gym! :) Phew! A member told me she was wondering when Ammy and I were leaving, cos she heard from another couple of members we were off and taking StrikeZone to another club. We are looking at putting StrikeZone into other clubs as a group fitness class, lead by Instructors we train in the program, but we are staying at Genesis, just so y'all know :) WOOHOO!! Have a FAB weekend peepz! P.S, If you know of any clubs that may be interested in the awesome butt kicking-ness of StrikeZone, let us know! :)

04.01.2022 Got a super cool new StrikeZone Certification coming up in Feb. If anyone wants to learn how to teach StrikeZone lemme know! :) This one is a pretty big cert, which means a more grueling training, but those ones are always the best kind! :)

It means that you can now check your technique and get tips of Do's and Don'ts for punches and kicks! Coming soon VIDEO's on how to move like a REAL martial artist and use Nunchaku's etc!!!
