We are on the lookout for well presented, experienced and motivated members to join the team. Chef/Cook Casual (10-15 hours min) You will be responsible for:... Food preparation and cooking Compliance with food safety laws Supporting our off-site catering team for large events (Gold Leaf Catering) Available on weekends Trade qualified for casual position Patisserie experience Caterings service experience This is a hands-on position that requires commitment, honesty and strong team work. This a casual position 10-15 hours per week respectively, with a rotating roster to include weekends as required. Additional hours will be available during peak event season supporting Gold Leaf Catering events.
