Painted in a navy blue, the cabinetry creates depth and interest whilst brass sconces and hardware add the perfect contrast. 04.01.2022 Inspired by Southern Californian Colonial architecture, this Avalon property originally built in the 1930’s has undergone an extensive renovation. In addition, a new bedroom wing and pool house with steam room was designed and built in keeping with the authentic architectural style of the home.
