Let’s get this straight, once you live according to our self-leadership concept you wouldn’t be worried about anyone else’s lane but yours. Once your lane has been well looked after no-one can tell you to stay in your lane because where you are and who you’ve become in your lane will only help them realise they’re not even on the right lane in their own lives. ... 23.01.2022 You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. This is a huge concept to grasp. People always tell us, I’m going to make some major changes. ... Our response to that is simple: Certain aspects of your life might need a significant overhaul, but we don’t need to know about those big changes. We're more interested in the minor change you plan to make today and we can assist you with this. Personal improvement starts when you change something you do dailya routine, a habit, a way of working or interacting with other people. Find the time to value yourself, your health, diet, habits and build the discipline now to get back on track when you fall off especially during these times when your discipline, your energy and mindset will be tested. ... We have found planning your days in advance and allowing time in your 24hours for a little distraction really helps.
