24.01.2022 Let’s be honest if you’ve heard this saying before it usually meant mind your own business. Let’s get this straight, once you live according to our self-leadership concept you wouldn’t be worried about anyone else’s lane but yours. Once your lane has been well looked after no-one can tell you to stay in your lane because where you are and who you’ve become in your lane will only help them realise they’re not even on the right lane in their own lives. ... Wherever you are in life we kindly ask you if you haven’t/don’t do this already to reflect and assess where you’re at in life right now to provide you with further direction on your next steps on your journey. We support you! #strivelane #developingtomorrowsleaders

23.01.2022 You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. This is a huge concept to grasp. People always tell us, I’m going to make some major changes. ... Our response to that is simple: Certain aspects of your life might need a significant overhaul, but we don’t need to know about those big changes. We're more interested in the minor change you plan to make today and we can assist you with this. Personal improvement starts when you change something you do dailya routine, a habit, a way of working or interacting with other people. If you're continually improving, you're constantly bringing more of what you want/need in your life. #strivelane #developingtomorrowsleaders

21.01.2022 If a window of opportunity appears, don’t pull down the shade. Tom Peters We farewell one of our talented young leaders as he embarks on a new chapter of his journey pursuing his passion for music amongst many of his talents down in Brisbane. As a strong advocate for our self-leadership concept Roe demonstrated his leadership ability by putting people first in his school community being awarded an ‘Australian Day Cultural Award’ from his school and the ‘Entrepreneur of Bi...g Fish Award’ from the Your Entrepreneur Project as an inspirational young entrepreneur. We love seeing young people pursue their path with a passion. We encourage you all to keep seeking out opportunities for personal growth following whatever you think will add value to people’s lives. 12.01.2022 We are super proud of this guy leading by example when we educate our young people on the importance of being a life long learner Joe has received a full scholarship to do his Masters in Professional Studies (Research) carrying out evidence based research pivotal to the future of the ‘education reset’ which we will eventually witness in the education space in the near future. Either way we couldn’t be more happier for him and want to thank Professor Fergusson for believing ...in our vision for the future of education and the development of tomorrow’s leaders. #strivelane #lifelonglearner #purposedrivenmoves #developingtomorrowsleaders

06.01.2022 The best man for the job is a woman our female leaders reckon They’re not wrong to some extent If there’s one thing that is a constant reminder to us as adults working with young people, it is to keep the curious nature they have to develop their perspective on things.... 04.01.2022 Do better, be better and expect better! You can’t expect things to work in your favour unless you change the way you do things based on your mindset and attitude. Start with self reflection asking yourself some hard questions and then switch up your routine to support your areas needing development. ... #strivelane #developingtomorrowsleaders

02.01.2022 4 days til Christmas and 10 days til the end of the year This doesn’t mean it’s time to slack off by any means. Find the time to value yourself, your health, diet, habits and build the discipline now to get back on track when you fall off especially during these times when your discipline, your energy and mindset will be tested. ... We have found planning your days in advance and allowing time in your 24hours for a little distraction really helps. When you’re busy being nice and caring to everyone else remind yourself to do things to keep you on top of it all and feeling good Happy days everyone. Much love #strivelane
