04.01.2022 I have shared an infant's very first swimming lesson and witnessed the joy of a parent when their toddler swims towards them. I've watched a preschoolers confidence grow from putting their face in the water to jumping off the side. I've been there to watch a child participate in their first swimming carnival or go on to win their event. I've witnessed an adult's determination to swim, so they can share the 'love of water' with their grandchildren. I've spent many hours in the pool teaching and many, many more walking along the side coaching. I've encouraged swimmers to achieve their goals and been fortunate to see them achieve more than they believed possible and travel further than they dreamed. There is nothing more rewarding than being a part of their journey.
