24.01.2022 How good is that feeling after a good workout!? Theres plenty of times we hit that wall during a workout, or even before. Just keep in the back of your mind that how good it feels to push your self past those mental barriers and then giving yourself a mental high five for achieving what you didnt think you could and pushing through even though the easier option was to give up.

24.01.2022 I love these meal prep veggie bowls. They are so easy and helps me stay on track cause if I dont prep ahead I will end up buying food on the go which I dont prefer. This weekend was a little crazy with family stuff but its never too late to prep. Its Tuesday and I prepped this food to help the rest of my week to roll along. Super easy to make.

When you are in the thick of it and you feel like things are not changing fast enough or you are asking will it be like this? Does this sound familiar?
