21.01.2022 Nutrition Shake-Up How i lost 5 kilos in under 4 weeks . Focusing on eating a little less calories of course (including less meat products)... ... but more so focusing on eating alot more variety when it comes to vegetables . Some of you may not know, but I used to dislike veg and was more a salad girl, don't get me wrong I still love a good salad but adding in so many more vegetables has been a game changer. I always knew it would be, im just stubborn and enjoyed how I ate before . I am proud to say I am a changed women I LOVE trying new things, i love the benifets I am receiving (sleep quality,energy, performance, skin, + the weightloss is a bonus but never my intention for the shake up, I really wanted to increase my micronutrients as well as having well rounded macronutrients to support my training. . I will share my ways, what I have learnt and all the yummy recipes and their stats in the coming months . 13.01.2022 Im Back .... I have been wanting to get back to creating content on this page for soooo long. After a few recent requests to get back on and keep motivating everyone to live a happier, healthier and balanced life... i will return and try post as much as possible.... with my Full Time job ... Life for me has calmed down.... well this week anyways So I am now focusing on getting myself back into a more sustainable routine. I don't love routine, I don't love to have to do something at a certain time if I'm not feeling it .... However, I know my body and mind respond to routine, more so the discipline. I will aim to post my weekly exercise and meal schedules and what I focus on when trying to live a "Happier, Healthier and Balanced Lifestyle" in hopes it may just motivate/inspire you to get back or just keep going in your day to day routine - of course with seeing results.
