They'll either get injured or there poor technique will limit their progress as strength develops. Hierarchy of Lifting 1. Mechanics - Execute with excellent form with zero load. 2. Consistency - Your first rep looks like your last. ... 3. Intensity - Once you've mastered the movement, start to increase the load, increase sets, decrease rest in intervals.
