The phrase no one really gives a shit about you seems quite depressing and nihilistic. Reality is most people are simply too consumed with their own life and their own problems to care about yours for more than 5 seconds. Are you all bent out of shape about other peoples problems? Then what makes... you think they're bent out of shape about yours? Until you realise it's because no one really gives a shit about you that you can do whatever you want, say whatever you want and wear whatever you want, as long as it doesn't negatively impact someone else. Classic example is you say something or do something embarrassing and you are still thinking about it YEARS later. No one else is though. They forgot the next day. You think people are going to notice your little tummy roll when you wear a tight shirt so you don't wear the shirt even though you like it. But no one really gives a shit. Yeah they'll see it for 5 seconds but only a special type of arsehole will change their behaviour towards you because of it. Is that who you want in your life? Is all you can offer a body shape? Is that who you want to date? You think people are going to look down on you because you don't have a high paying job so you lie about what you do and what you make. But no one really gives a shit. A meta-analysis of 40 clinical trials found that supplementation with fish oil is associated with a 35% reduced risk of fatal heart attacks, a 13% reduced risk of heart attacks, and a 9% reduced risk of fatal coronary heart disease. The study found that cardiovascular benefits appear to increase with dosage. The data showed that adding an extra 1000 mg of EPA and DHA per day decreased the risk of cardiovascular disease and heart attack even more. For example, the risk of cardiovascular disease events decreased by an additional 5.8% and the risk for heart attack decreased by an additional 9%.

19.01.2022 This is cancer. Why I don't watch or read mainstream news first thing in the morning. I first noticed this well over ten years ago which is coincidentally when I unplugged my aerial from my tv and simply used it as a monitor for my laptop. I haven't watched it since. It's primarily negativity with one happy story thrown in to "balance things out" Yeah right!... Our brains are in an alpha brain wave state ( between 8 and 13hz ) first in the morning which is known as the gateway to the subconscious. It lasts for about an hour. What you choose to consume first thing in the morning affects your entire day and your entire life. If you pick up your phone first thing in the morning, click on the news and read nothing but negative stories, what message are you giving your subconscious? Do you think you are being filled with hope, love, laughter and prosperity consuming this stuff? I don't believe in ignorance so we need to stay informed, but first thing in the morning is not the time for it. I will read or listen to inspiring information first thing in the morning to fill my mind with positivity. Then after a couple of hours, I give myself about 5 minutes to see what's new in the mainstream. That way I'm prepared for the onslaught of fear, anger and hate. But because I have had my cup filled with positivity, I really don't react to this stuff. It's just a gentle sigh and a "nothing new there" thought. I remember at my heaviest I was 92kg on 4500 calories a day and I simply got sick of all the bloody chewing. 6 meals a day. 20 mins to eat every meal. 2 hours a day of just chewing, chewing, chewing. One of my mates who was 115kg at the time laughed at me complaining about eating 4500 cals and said try and eat 6000! Plus my grocery bill was insane!

I've blood tested people before and after eating 6 eggs a day for 6 weeks and have always gotten the same results as this study. I remember one baffled GP made "his" patient do the blood test again because he didn't believe the result. HDL improved, LDL decreased, blood sugar dropped out of pre diabetic ranges.....The bloke lost 8kg in 6 weeks "But eggs are bad and cholesterol and heart disease blah blah blah ...he was carrying on about"... Everything you've been told about eggs and cholesterol is wrong. Why? All modern advice for eggs comes from studies done over 30 years ago. Our understanding of cholesterol and its role in the body has changed dramatically from the limited view put forward in the 70's and 80's. So why is the bad advice re eggs still so prevalent? GP's don't study nutrition. They never have. They study medications. Haven't people figured this out yet? Yet the advice I still hear my clients tell me their GP said is that eggs cause are bad mmmkay. My question is always this, if they're that wrong about eggs, what else are they THAT wrong about? Understand the context though, when your diet is calorie-controlled AKA your intake is matched to your output, or you are in deficit, eggs are fine and beneficial. IF you are eating in surplus all the time, eat a lot of processed foods and lead an unhealthy lifestyle, don't go and start eating 6 eggs a day! "...the data from the study at hand indicates that the consumption of 3-4 eggs / day is heart healthy and can help you prevent the accumulation of fat in both, the midsection, as well as the subjacent liver. Two good reasons to eat more eggs, especially in view of the fact that the deposition of fat in the liver is supposedly the starting point for the development of diabetes, heart disease and a plethora of other pathological reasons to die prematurely. When you think about it, it would thus not even be hilarious if egg producers put the (non-FDA approved) claim that eggs "may reduce the risk of heart disease" on the boxes of their produce..."

People with obesity are more likely than normal-weight people to have other diseases that are independent risk fact...ors for severe COVID-19, including heart disease, lung disease, and diabetes. - Lower your blood pressure through exercise and healthy eating. Exercise lowers blood pressure by reducing blood vessel stiffness so blood can flow more easily. - Increase your vitamin D exposure. Most people live a vampire existence indoors where they never see the sun and are constantly under artificial light. Over 80 percent of COVID-19 patients have vitamin D deficiency. I'll do a video shortly on why this is and what we can learn from this. - Eat as much unprocessed, whole food as possible to maximise the nutrient density. Why unprocessed? Processed foods are notoriously nutrient-poor but calorie dense. The small intestine absorbs most of the nutrients in your food, and your circulatory system passes them on to other parts of your body to store or use. Put poor quality fuel in your car and it runs like shit. That's you. Sleep. People who don't get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus. Don't bathe in FEAR. Get an update to see if anything has changed and how it might affect you, then turn all news off. 02.01.2022 Never remove the goblet squat from your arsenal. ESPECIALLY as you age in order to maintain mobility. The goblet squat forces you to use good technique. It can clean up bad technique almost over night. And you almost can’t cheat when cued properly, and the ego is left at the door. The goblet squat like the front squat, moves the load to in front of the body allowing for a more upright torso alleviating shearing forces on the lumbar spine.... It heavily loads the anterior core and check the shin angle and torso angle. Perfectly matched. This, unless you’re a power lifter or trying to back squat big weights, should be the goal for your squat mechanics. Really good for tall guys at a leverage disadvantage. Here I simply did 4 x 10 @2110 tempo as pat of a VMO dominant workout. 01.01.2022 There are companies out there that will not think twice about destroying you in the pursuit of linear profit growth. The most common scenario I see with clients who struggle to lose weight is the following : They work so much and put so much time and energy into their profession, they are simply physically and emotionally destroyed by the end of the day. They then do not have the energy or willpower to make wise food and exercise decisions. It's not that they don't want to ...be healthy, they are just FU*KED in the head from being pumped all day at work. When you're FU*CKED at the end of the day you : -Order take away because you don't have the energy to cook. -Drink alcohol to "unwind" -Literally don't have the energy to exercise. -Try to show yourself you are in control and reclaim what little of your day you have left by staying up late watching tv or farting around online. -This then means you don't get enough sleep and considering it all starts again the next day, the effect compounds over time until bada boom bada bing, you look in the mirror and wonder how the hell THAT happened. 30 - 45 years old Tired Overweight Binge drinker Feeling like sh*t Que the search for a trainer.... If you find the wrong one they'll tell you to harden up, and start exercising every day and cutting calories. All this does is add more commitments to the day of a person that is already overcommitted, and will break this person inside of 6-8 weeks. Find the right one and they'll tell you you need to REMOVE some commitments in order to fit new ones in. You need to subtract before you add. Find me and not only will I do the above but I will ask you if this truly is the life you want to lead? Being destroyed by a company that if you died, will have your job advertised on seek before you're even buried. Maybe, if you can find another way, MAYBE you should think about subtracting that toxic ass workplace of yours. "but the money is so good" "i have a mortgage" "just a few more years then i'll quit" I get it.....but is there another way? This is every body's own personal decision to make so own it if you do.
