22.01.2022 Client Appreciation!! @sam_gannon2 and @jesssicasheppard We had an amazing journey together and learning and growth and as everything does it has come to an end but with the knowledge you have gained from our time together I have total faith that you will achieve any fitness goals you so choose! 21.01.2022 Episode 2 is out! This week we made Chilli It was so good that Gabie made it the next night. Who’s do you think was better?¿(obviously Gabie’s was) Anywayyyy here is the recipe. It’s a good one! ... Link in bio Take photos of yourself making it and tag me! Show me your cooking skills! INGREDIENTS : 1 tsp olive oil 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 kg any mince of choice 4 g oregano 5g smoked paprika 10 g chilli powder 5 g cumin 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce 500 ml beef stock 250 g red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 400 g chopped tomatoes 10 g tomato puree 1. To make your Chilli, heat a large pan over a medium heat and add the olive oil, onion, garlic and pepper and cook until the onion starts to become translucent. 2.Throw the mince into the pan and break it up and cook until it’s been browned, this will take at least 5 - 10 minutes 3.Add all of the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 - 40 minutes until the sauce has thickened. (Optional) Serve with rice and a little sour cream if you find it’s a tad too spicy for you. Add what ever you like to the recipe but it’ll change the calories and macros when you do

15.01.2022 COOKING WITH KI Alright everybody! My first ever cooking with Ki segment will is LIVE! This segment we tackled vanilla protein pancakes. It was awesome to film and I hope you all enjoy it and get a laugh like I did. I’ll be doing cooking with Ki every week (or at least I will try to) so please comment below what you’d like me to cooking next! Here is the recipe: INGREDIENTS * 2 (20g each) scoops vanilla protein powder * 1 large very ripe banana * 1/8 tsp. cinnamon * 1/4 tsp. baking powder * 1/4 tsp. salt * 2 large eggs INSTRUCTIONS 1. In two clean bowls, separate the eggs carefully so none of the yolk gets into the egg whites. 2. Beat the egg whites on high for 2 minutes until they form soft peaks. (It is important that your bowl or beaters don't have any oil, fat or yolks on them, or the egg whites won't form peaks. Soft peaks are defined as barely holding their shape. The peaks flop over immediately when the beaters are lifted.) 3. Add the egg yolks along with the remaining ingredients to a medium bowl and beat until smooth. 4. Gently fold 1/3 of the egg white mixture into the banana mixture until roughly combined. Fold half of the remaining eggs whites into the mixture and finally the last portion until everything is well combined5.Heat a skillet over low heat. Scoop 1/4 c. of the mixture onto the skillet and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side. 6. Serve immediately. OPTIONAL: Top with fresh fruit and/or 1/3 c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt mixed with 1 Tbsp. honey.

03.01.2022 Appreciate the little wins in every session Progression comes in many forms but often we only look at the amount of weight we moved and get discouraged if it was the same as last time or less Progression should also be measured by reps, sets and your overall performance while lifting the weights, yes you may have lifted 100kgs last week and 100kgs this week but maybe you lifted it cleaner with better technique these are the little wins that we need to appreciate from sessi...on to session #thestrongbayeffect #sanitaryfistbumps Kate Hanna
