Thank you for sending this through girl just a reminder that every before photo that is sent in is just as STUNNING as the after photo. It never really is about ‘the body transformation’ it’s about the CONFIDENCE that comes with feeling better, feeling stronger, feeling more lively in those after photos! If you work on making small changes that are going to better your health (physically and mentally) your body is going to follow suit! . It is proven: When you FEEL good, you LOOK good. Period.

16.01.2022 Progress photos are starting to trickle in from our 8 week program that finished up today and MY GOSH I am blown away by you all Say Hello to SARA (Mother of multiple little bubbas may I add!) completed my build program which is all about working with weights to strengthen and shape the body! Sara barely did any cardio apart from warm ups throughout the whole 8 weeks and made the conscious effort to eat at a slight deficit. Here is your proof that weights will NOT make ...you bulky my girls but give you that shape you want! Here is what Sara has to say This 8 week challenge has kick started my confidence and belief in myself that I can get back to being fit and strong again. I was starting to think I would never feel lean and strong again after having children but Bianca has given me the tools and now I know it’s possible! This is really just the beginning for me, I have a long way to go but now I now how to get there I just have to be patient and consistent. Throughout the challenge I have tracked my nutrition almost every day and I’ve seen the results which motivates me to keep up with the tracking, as it’s always been something I’ve slacked off with. Training has been so challenging but enjoyable! I have loved every bit of soreness and have noticed my strength and muscle mass has increased. I can’t wait to get started with the next challenge. Thank you sooo much Bianca I wouldn’t have achieved these results this year if I hadn’t found you and the SBB girls! #strongerbyb

12.01.2022 8 weeks progress using my shred program Posture improved Fitness increased Muscle maintained Body fat decreased ... This program has been wonderful! Ive always said I wasn’t a cardio person, so I started very hesitant. I found myself looking forward to shred sessions from week 1 and was shocked to see how quickly I noticed improvements in my fitness. When I went jogging towards the end of the program my average time per kilometre had decreased by nearly a minute - it’s so good to see my improvements outside of the gym too.
