04.01.2022 Goblet Squats I used to always do two sets as a warm up before barbell squats but never trained to progress goblet squats themselves. After a seminar earlier this year with @hattieboydle and @australianstrengthcoach now they are a exercise I expect people to master and strengthen prior to barbell squats and they have been a great learning exercise but don’t underestimate using them for building strength.
