16.01.2022 LEETON’S NEWEST FITNESS STUDIO My name is Clarissa Skewes and I have been working in the fitness industry for close to 4 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. During that time I have completed my Certificate III, IV and Diploma in Fitness. I have a young family and understand the constant juggle with achieving fitness goals and a family life. Together with my passion to assist people to live their best lives I have decided to launch Strong Minded FIT.... I will be providing personal training sessions at my business location and also providing a mobile service that allows me to train people in their own home. I will be providing a one on one service or small groups of 2-4 people (Fantastic for Mothers & Daughters, families or even work colleagues). I will also provide online training for those clients that are away from their homes for either work or holidays and who would still like to continue their fitness journey. Strong Minded FIT are also working with NDIS participants to allow everyone the opportunity to improve their fitness level and of course their healthy minds too.
