06.01.2022 COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION About 5 years ago I first came across Body Beyond Baby and completed my first post natal fitness course with Jen Dugard. Since this time Body Beyond Baby has come in and out of my life and at the end of last year I joined an amazing group of like minded people to become part of their Affiliate Team. These people have become and amazing support and each of us truely look to work together to be able to support more mums in improving their health a...nd fitness. There are more than enough people for us to help and through ditching the scarcity mentality that often plagues the fitness industry we are able to create a louder voice and provide the village to help reach more mums who may be feeling isolated or unsure where to start when it comes to their health and fitness. What does being part of this team mean to me? Being Stronger Together to support one another and provide the most up to date advice to mums Partnering with Womens Health Physios and other health and fitness professionals to meet mums where they are at and provide the space for them to look after themselves Continuing to grow, learn and upskill as a team so we are becoming leaders in our field. Building the village: whether that be online or face to face they say it takes a village to raise a child.
