21.01.2022 As the sun sets for the final time in 2020, we look back on the year this had been. Many challenges have faced businesses this year, however we are proud that our team have worked extremely hard to deliver awesome homes. 10.01.2022 Today we went to Caesarstone Australia to check out the fabulous stone we supply in our fabulous homes. A high end product with plenty of choice! We have a full range in our ‘fully loaded inclusions’ as well as a huge choices of additional stone options to choose from Great to see plenty of stock. Great team to work with and a fantastic product with many more new products on the horizon Love this product!

09.01.2022 It is that time again to be realistic... and work backwards...... Planning on building in 2021 and would like to talk about timelines? At Stroud Homes Adelaide Hills we can work with you from concept to completion. To be in your new home for Christmas 2021, you will have to have plans ready to submit to council, and a contract and finance in place by May 31st 2020. We do not sign contracts until we have the necessary reports, plans are completed and a formal quote ...is issued. Council can take 8-12 weeks, ensuring we can have you in for Christmas 2021! Soil tests, contours and other checks can take 3 weeks. This part gives us the information we need to be able to work to your budget. This is the start of the process. Next are the plans. Plans can take as long as you take, some clients are four weeks with minimal changes, others two months or longer.... we work fast to get these plans right and back to you ready for approval. Simply put the more changes you make, the longer the plans will take Therefore now is the best time to get started if you would like to be in your home this year. We are back open on 4th January and already the calendar is filling with appointments. We are currently signing up clients who will be in their home this year, if you don't start the process, you will miss out!
