23.01.2022 Silly season was in full swing the last 2 weeks for our clients in Winter Valley. We signed contracts on 09/12, building permit received 11/12, site start on 12/12 and a slab poured 22/12! We are the first builder to make a start within this development stage too!... Wouldn't have been achievable without the help of our trades, Garry Meaney, EMAC Earthmoving, Philmac Plumbing, Ben Clarke Electrical, RHA Concrete Pty Ltd - Luke Sisic Concreting. Not even the rain was going to stop us getting a slab down for the clients for Christmas! Thanks again to everyone for their #TeamStroud effort in getting this slab in the ground! We posted in June, when their slab was poured and the day that the promise was made to the kids that Santa will be stopping by this house....fast forward to handover day on 7th December and the kids said that it feels better than Christmas! They have turned this newly built house into their home and it is absolutely stunning with their fit out and some stunning wall art!...
