15.01.2022 If you happen to walk past our display centre over the next few weeks and see this sitting in our window please don’t hit panic mode, we are simply giving our local community an extra month to donate to our Stroud Homes YG annual Christmas Drive! This year our charity of choice is the ‘Young Community Hub’ 2020 has been a very hard year for many local families, some who may not have been able to pull through without the extra support offered from this little not for pro...fit organisation, and we want to give back to them! We are asking for donations for all children’s age groups (between 0 - 17), including new toys, clothing or any items you think might make this Christmas a little more special for those families who’ve had a tough year - please NO food or cash. So if you are in a position where you’re able to give a little back, we kindly ask you to consider donating to our drive, & let’s share some festive love around town! 06.01.2022 Great news! The home builder grant has been extended with some changes. It still allows so many more people to be in with a chance to build! We have already been welcomed with such a large amount of people wanting to build that this is truly going to be a blessing! The amount will lower to $15,000 after the 31st of December until the end of March 2021... The amount of time all approved applicants who signed contracts on or after June 4, 2020, are given to start construction will also be extended, from three months to six months.
