03.01.2022 It’s finally been released after years of consultation, concerns, fears and misinformation the Regulation has arrived to accompany the new Act. There are a number of excellent outcomes with a considerable amount of help for the Owners Corporation if they choose to adopt the reforms. A well-managed strata scheme makes every residents life a better thing. Early defect detection, proactive real life bylaws and a positive attitude towards supporting the community of residents is a good start for any OC.
