Here is my hell yes workout for today! 10 min slow jog (4/10 effort) 25 x bodyweight squats 25 x lunges ... 25 x tuck jumps 1 set 1) 5 x 50 meter sprints (flat surface) start with 5/10 effort and increase each round up to 9/10 effort - 10 sec rest in between. 2) rest 2 minutes 3) 5 x 50 m uphill sprint (10/10) rest while you walk or jog down 4) 1 x 400 m uphill sprint (9/10) 5) rest 2 minutes 6) 4 x 100 m uphill sprints (10/10) rest while you walk or jog down. 7) 5 x 10 m uphill sprints (10/10) rest 5 sec in between 8) 4 x 20 m uphill sprints (10/10) rest 10 sec in between 9) 3 x 30 m uphill sprints (10/10) rest 15 sec in between 10) 2 x 40 m uphill sprint (10/10) rest 20sec in between 11) 1 x 50 m uphill sprints (10/10) 12) cool down jog 10-15 minutes. #concentratedpractise #sprint #uphill #outdoors #abs #quads #humptydumpty #tinman #coffee #balance #hellyesorno
