25.01.2022 Tomorrow we're on a sausage mission! With two of the boys delivered last week for their 'one bad day', we're off to collect a new batch of lamb snags. Loukaniko, Lamb Red Wine and Rosemary, Soojookh and Middle Eastern will all be back in stock and available from Saturday with all the Pork varieties and only the Beef and Bush Pepper out of stock. Preservative free and Gluten Free of course!

23.01.2022 Many thanks to Jake, our Butcher who worked tirelessly today to get our next batch of sausages ready for tomorrow. Traditional beef, Beef & bush pepper, Loukaniko, Lamb Red Wine & Rosemary, Sicilian Pork & Cumberland

19.01.2022 With the success of our first batch of sausages (which have pretty much sold out) we collected the first part of batch number two today. Three varieties of Pork, two of our favorites Sicilian and Cumberland Link and a new flavor, Napolitana - a spicy sausage from Naples. Flavored with two types of Paprika and just a dash of cayenne, they have enough zing to make them interesting, without enough to blow your head off. Most importantly, these are the first of our PRESERVATIVE FREE sausages. Over the coming weeks, our Lamb and Beef sausages will follow suit and there will be a couple of new flavours amongst them too.



17.01.2022 With a few weeks sales under our belt, we've had some great feedback from customers. Our traditional Greek sausage Loukaniko has steamed ahead as the most popular, hotly followed by our spicy Middle Eastern lamb and Scotch fillet and T bone steaks have been popular too. Mark has added some new herbs and plants as well and will have the shop open all weekend. We've dug out our mobile EFTPOS terminal so if you're passing and short on cash, you can now pay by card instead

15.01.2022 The newest addition to our flavour range, Lincoln is our variation of a traditional English pork sausage, lightly flavored with Sage.

12.01.2022 Mark has been busy with a cheap internal door and several cans of spray paint to create this 'menu' board. It should make things easier when we open for sausage and meat sales tomorrow.



09.01.2022 Freshly packed by our butcher, these are six of the eight flavours of rare breed sausages we have produced from our own animals. The flavours are hand picked by us and we mix the seasonings from a range of fresh and dried herbs and spices and then hand them over to the butcher to be mixed into our sausage mince. They're going on sale as of tomorrow (only on weekends or other days by prior arrangement) along with a range of cuts of Dexter Beef also processed by John our butcher.
