24.01.2022 Due to organising to move I have not been able to post alot although I recently finished these off for an order. An eight set of straight edge steak knives made from 440C stainless steel with australian jarrah handles and brass pins.

23.01.2022 Finished off this cleaver today. 440C stainless steel. Sunset dymondwood handle. Red G10 liner and brass pins.

23.01.2022 Been awhile between posts but here is one I made for my wife's boss as his leaving the company present. Stainless steel carving knife with ringed gidgee handle, brass corby bolts, mosaic pin and brass/black g10 liners. Hope you all enjoy.

19.01.2022 Have not had the chance to post much lately but recently finished this restoration job. 2 axes that belonged to the clients family member. I restored both axes without removing the character of the axes, sharpened them and made a timber display case. Soon to be send on to the customer. Have to admit I quite enjoy restoration jobs.

18.01.2022 After moving houses and setting up a new workshop STS Knives is back. Two uncapping knives for use with bee hive frames, both made with stainless steel blades. Flat grind on one side and a bevel grind on the other side. Western Australian jarrah used for the handles and brass guards with a red and black fiber spacer.... Enjoy. See more

18.01.2022 Finally got around to the construction of the new forge. Runs really well with over a 1000c so far. Only a little bit of the refactory popped off the roof on its first firing. Overall very happy.

18.01.2022 Small kitchen knife made from 8A stainless steel with a maple burl timber handle which has been dyed and a brass and white G10 liner. Brass and mosaic pins used for the fixing. A gift for a family member.

14.01.2022 8A high carbon stainless steel filleting style fishing knife, handle is black/red linen micarta with brass corby bolts. Handmade leather sheath dyed dark brown with nickel silver rivets. Off to the customer tomorrow, for his fishing adventures.

10.01.2022 Recently finished this one for a friend. 8A High Carbon Stainless Steel blade with Sunset Dymondwood handle and stainless pins. Sheath is Jarrah with red, black and brass spacers. Forged to shape stainless steel stand and brass pins.

08.01.2022 I made a knife and sheath for a friend a fair while ago to sit on his kitchen bench. He wanted to give his fiance a knife as well, as in a his and hers set. Large stainless steel kitchen knife with Oak Burl and resin hybrid handle with mosaic pins. Benchtop sheath is Australian Jarrah with forged stand and g10 liners.

05.01.2022 Finished this one off for a customer. Stainless steel carving knife with meat fork tip. Red and black linen micarta handle with brass corby bolts and mosaic pin. STS Knives has been busy of late, that I forgot to get decent photos before giving this one to the customer. So apologies for the poor photo.

02.01.2022 STS Knives has been busy lately with sharpening jobs and not alot of time to make. But we finished this one a while ago and it has already gone to its new owner who is very happy with it. Made from VG10 Damascus steel Fallow deer antler Black G10, steel and brass spacers... Stainless steel guard and butt cap. Pleased with how it turned out.
