06.01.2022 We are one extremely lucky kindergarten ... yesterday we were so fortunate to have our wonderful friend Gladys Liu MP come to kinder to present our 4 year old kinder children with an Aboriginal Flag, a Torres Strait Islander Flag and an Australian Flag. Our children have been learning about and developing their awareness of Indigenous Australians and the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have within our community. We thank Gladys for her time and ve...ry kind donation of these flags to our kinder community. We would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of the land upon which our kinder sits. We pay our respects to the Elders of the past, present and future and acknowledge their spiritual connection to Country.
