22.01.2022 It was just an amazing opportunity to step out on court and I just loved every second of it and I’m very grateful that Simone had that belief in me to play my ...part." Elle McDonald's journey to taking the court in a Vixens dress has been far from conventional. For all aspiring netballers out there, it is nothing short of inspirational Read more about Elle's journey: netb.al/Elle #Vixens4Life

21.01.2022 Along with you, we have watched today’s announcement regarding Victoria’s Roadmap for Reopening. Whilst there is no clear announcement regarding the return of ...community netball in regional or metropolitan areas we will pay close attention to the trigger points for easing restrictions and continue to consult with Sport and Recreation Victoria. We do have something to strive for. Let’s keep doing the right thing, and together work towards the return of community netball. For now, stay safe and please, reach out, check-in and stay connected to your team mates. Victoria, we’ve got this.

20.01.2022 Focus on the things you can control... Through a lot of the chats and messages I am having with people right now, the one piece of advice I keep coming back to ...is to ‘Focus on the things you can control’. Especially at the moment, there is a lot of things that may feel out of your control. If that is where you let your attention, energy and focus go you are likely to end up feeling frustrated, angry and sad. Every single day you have the choice to decide what you focus on. If you choose to focus on the negative and the things you can’t control you will undoubtedly start to feel stressed out and anxious. On the flip side to that, if you choose to focus on the positive and the things that you can control you will feel happier and live your day with a sense of purpose. The aim is to become more aware of where your focus goes daily and also take note of where you tend to get ‘caught up’ worrying and consumed by things that you just can’t control. It tends to be a process of not looking and focusing so widely, of not looking outside of your own life, past your own choices and your own home environment. Take a step back, switch off the news or social media, unfollow negative people and look a bit closer to home. Focus on yourself, and the things you can control. In a world that seems a bit out of your control right now, here is a list of 10 things you can control and you should spend time focusing on... 1. Your attitude and effort 2. Your thoughts and beliefs 3. Your level of honesty and the truth you speak 4. How kind you are to yourself and others 5. Who you spend time with/listening to 6. How you interpret people and situations 7. Taking care of yourself (exercise/eat well) 8. Getting enough rest and good sleep 9. What you are reading and consuming 10. How much you show gratitude and love to those around you #3efitness #healthylifestyle #focus #staypositive #support #familyfitness

01.01.2022 I’d rather be ready and not get put on than to be not ready and get put on the court. I think Simone definitely wants to change up some things depending on wha...t she gets from the team on the day. So I feel like just to have that confidence on the bench gives her that trust in that to put us out there." For Kadie-Ann Dehaney, this year's condensed Suncorp Super Netball season has given her the experience and confidence she needs to perform at her best in the best netball league in the world - no matter what gets thrown her way.
