23.01.2022 Hello everyone :-) Life continues to throw curved balls my way. It is how we deal with these balls that often separates success and failure. Often its a very fine line. This is a very personal update. ... I have been somewhat quiet the past 8 months for a variety of reasons. After my near victory at my first and likely only foray into politics, where i missed out by a whisker - i literally crumbled emotionally first then physically. Further to this i was still feeling the effects of divorce and a relationship i had really hoped would have worked. The result was my body and mind started to give in to all the pressures. During December and January i was very much dealing with the Black Dog. I had drained my immediate finances funding my election campaign, stopped generating income, the toll of the emotional roller coaster of the State election combined with my ever increasing rheumatoid arthritis, i literally was living a life of 24/7 agonising pain to the point i was losing the use of my hands and feet from extreme pain. Fortunately the great people around me were my shining light. Through much research i embarked on a Chemotherapy program which whilst initially daunting, has had remarkable success treating my health issues inflaming my pain. So behind all this update is a progress report on my current life. My eldest son is returning from the UK which is fantastic, a crazy legal issue i was dealing with is now mostly behind me, my other two kids are amazing to live with, i have drafted a book on dealing with suicidal thoughts called 'Just one reason', have sold a property to reduce some debt, met a great lady, have enrolled to Uni to do a Masters of Business Law and best of all i'm able to be active again. This means i am back playing tennis, riding a jetski and my beloved Richmond is doing well again! Moving forward - i need income. At 53 high paying jobs do not just walk in the door. While i finish off my book aimed specifically at assisting people dealing with depression and , suicidal thoughts, get knee deep into Uni life, i am now offering my vast life and business experiences and skills as a life coach and business mentor.
