It includes a malicious attachment that when opened will... install malware on your computer, blocking you from accessing your files until you pay a ransom. Right now these emails are being sent from [email protected] with the subject line ‘Please find attached your documents pack’. This may change as the scam evolves though, so don’t click or open any attachments or links in similar emails! Forward them straight to us at [email protected].
