25.01.2022 This property is owned by a registered nurse, so I know the expense of placement accommodation. This property is in the Ipanema Resort-Gold Coast. Solely managed by myself and partner. We will meet and greet you at the property, introduce you to accommodation, ensure you are settled in and orientate you to building facilities. It is a dual key property-SIDE A & SIDE B (studio) Queen beds (linen provided). Air conditioning. RESORT STYLE ACCOMMODATION-including pool, spa, sau...na, gym. LOCATION:1 block to patrolled beach, 2 mins to light rail, easy walk to Surfers/Broadbeach/star casino/convention centre/Pacific Fair/bus depot. 10 mins to Robina Hospitals, 15-20 mins to Gold Coast University Hospital @ Southport Health Precinct.25 mins from Coolangatta Airport. SHARED LAUNDRY-washing machine, clothes dryer, washing liquid, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and lint roller. BATHROOMS-both have individual ensuite. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, towels and beach towel.
