11.01.2022 Are you seeking employment and do you have these precise skills? * * A company in Sydney is willing to arrange an employer-sponsored visa if required.... Seeking skilled tradesmen with experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries; specifically in building tanks, ribbon blenders, pipework, general fabrication in stainless steel. What this means is the person is a combination boilermaker, welder, sheet-metal worker, fitter, machinist, metal polisher. Preferred experience in fabrication in the food or pharmaceutical industry and be able to validate they are able to understand and fabricate a wide variety of projects. If you have done only pipe fitting you will not be suitable. You will need to be flexible and multiskilled; typically building the tank or whatever you are given from start to finish. Essential: *Substantial knowledge of stainless steel fabrication- particularly welding, cutting folding, rolling, and tank fabrication. *TIG and MIG welding skills. *Must be able to read drawings. *An eye for detail, and a can-do attitude. Good analytical skills and a methodical approach *Team player that is capable and competent to work independently. *Must enjoy a challenge. The advantage to have: *Pressure ticket. *Experience in fabrication for the food, pharmaceutical, beverage and chemical industries; *Knowledge of fabrication of equipment for the food industry. For example, mixing tanks such as contra-rotating mixers, ribbon blenders, augers, conveyors. *Good documentation skills with a methodical approach *An analytical approach and problem-solving ability with a creative flair. An intensive interview will be arranged to ensure you have the precise skills and knowledge required.
