Don't like group fitness? Good! Me neither. Do you feel you could be stronger, more flexible, or do you simply want to do the things you enjoy doing in life with less pain? I'm Steve Charles, owner of Studio 6 and teacher of Pilates. I'm a Pilates Movement Therapist and Level 4 Professional Practitioner in the Australian Pilates Method Association. I teach all of my clients individually with a maximum of two clients per session. I have over a decade of experience and I'm bringing my Studio to Launceston. Opening soon. Places strictly limited.
