23.01.2022 First Trial Class in Zoom was a great success this morning - Thank you to the members who trained with me .... and I look forward to the feedback. Next Zoom Class - Friday 8th May @ 10:00am. Please register your interest prior to Friday to ensure you receive the link to the class.... A set timetable will be available on completion of all the trial classes. A timetable for new starters to training @Studio16 Zoom Classes will be announced soon. 23.01.2022 Next Trial Zoom Class - Tuesday 12:15pm Sunday's Zoom Class went well with 7 members participating. This Week's Trial Zoom Classes are:... Tuesday 12th - 12:15pm Wednesday 13th - 2:00pm Friday 15th - 10:00am I am excited to announce that @Studio16 will have Zoom Classes permanently available for members and non-members. (Timetables will be posted after all Trial Zoom Classes). Great to see you all training !

15.01.2022 Today's Trial Zoom Class - Wednesday 13th May - 2:00pm (1:45pm log-in) Yesterday's participants (7) voted for an Advance Stretch Movement Class. Just a reminder - these trial zoom classes are for members that have trained @Studio16 who are familiar with the moves and my jargon - all classes are muted and videos are turned off. ... This will assure your privacy to be upheld at all times. For anyone who would like to join the Zoom Classes early next month - one-on-one (private) sessions via zoom will be offered to ensure your form is correct and that you understand the cues prior to any class participation and at each level advancement. (Please contact me for further details).

07.01.2022 Hi Betty, I just completed the rejuvenation break routine... Loved the routine...the voiceover was nice & clear. Some of the other routines are hard to hear because the music is louder than your dialogue. Overall, these online workouts are one of my lifesavers as I'm home 24/7 with my boys!!! Sara xx (I am also loving the studio stretch routine).
